About The Event
This is only for members so if you aren't currently a member you can join now for 2025.
Jury Fee is $30 and is non-refundable. Registration is FULL!
Note that the drop off and pick up times have changed
Before midnight September 6, 2025, you will need to submit photos and a description of your work you plan to submit for jury evaluation using the Jury Submission Form.
On September 13th, please plan to arrive at Ellie Towne between 12:30 - 1:30 p.m. to set up your display.
Plan to leave by 1:40 p.m. because judging will begin shortly after that.
