Jury Session Saturday Sept 13

This is only for members so if you aren't currently a member you can join now for 2025.

Jury Fee is $30 and is non-refundable. Registration is open!

Before midnight September 6, 2025, you will need to submit photos and a description of your work you plan to submit for jury evaluation using the Jury Submission Form.

Please plan to arrive between 12:30 - 2:00 p.m. to set up your display.

Plan to leave by 2:10 p.m. because judging will begin shortly after that.

Please return for your work at 4:15 pm  so we can clear the area by 5:00 p.m. If you need to ask for a different drop-off or pick-up time, contact the Jury Coordinator who will try to accommodate your request.
