About The Event
SACA is excited to announce a two-day workshop of making and decorating with Bede Clarke, internationally acclaimed ceramics artist and Professor Emeritus at University of Missouri. View his work on his website.
This workshop will explore both wheel-thrown and hand-built forms with an emphasis on surface design, imagery and color. Demonstrations, slide lectures and group discussions will be included, and forms or tiles created during the workshop will be decorated with slips and underglazes. This workshop is suitable for beginning through advanced levels.
WHEN: 9am-4pm (lunch from 12-1pm) Saturday & Sunday, October 11 & 12, 2025

COST: $300 for SACA Members, $375 for non-members. Admission for workshop for SACA members go on sale June 7th at noon. Non members can purchase seats after June 21st.
