Jury Session Date: Sunday, January 5, 2025
Location: The art room at Ellie Towne Flowing Well Community Center Map Link
Please plan to arrive between 2:00 - 2:30 p.m. to set up your display. Plan to leave by 2:45 p.m. because judging will begin shortly after that.
Please return for your work at 4:30pm so we can clear the area by 5:00 p.m. If you need to ask for a different drop-off or pick-up time, contact the Jury Coordinator who will try to accommodate your request.
The jurors' decision about your work will be emailed to you by the Jury Coordinator within two days. The decision is "Accepted" or "Deferred."
